Example 1 - single domestic

The following calculations are based on a supply voltage of 230 V.
Determine the maximum demand of the single-phase consumers mains for a domestic electrical installation with the following load requirements:

6 150 W exterior flood lights
3 100 W ceiling fans
17 double 10 A socket outlets (double GPO = 2 points)
